Payment

You always pay the prices you see on our website. For customers inside the European Union (and Northern Ireland) all prices include V.A.T. For customers outside the European Union V.A.T. is not included. Outside the European Union local taxes may apply, at the customer's expense.

Payments are handled by our secure payment provider PAY. We don't charge payment costs.

Global payment methods

	VISA / Master Card You can pay for your order with your credit card in a convenient and secure way. We don't store any credit card details, all credit card processing is done by PAY. (see above) in a secure way.
	American Express Of course we also accept American Express. However American Express is more expensive for us. So if possible please use another payment method like VISA or Master Card. We don't store any credit card details, all credit card processing is done by PAY. (see above) in a secure way.
	Apple Pay Available on Apple devices in most countries.
	Google Wallet Available on Android devices in most countries.
	PayPal We do NOT accept PayPal any more. PayPal is very expensive, so we had to ask customers an additional fee of 3%. In addition to that PayPal uses very bad exchange rates for foreign currencies. This adds another 3 to 4% to the customer's costs. Worst of all, these currency conversion costs are hidden! We certainly don't want our customers to pay 6 to 7% for their payment. People sometimes think that PayPal is safer than a credit card payment, but the opposite is true. European customers that used PayPal with their bank account can use the much cheaper Trustly, Sofort or one of the local e-banking options such as iDeal, Pay by Bank, EPS or MultiBanco.

	Alipay Available to customers in China.
	Bancontact Available to customers in Belgium.
	Blik Available to customers in Poland.
	Carte Bancaire Available to customers in France.
	DanKort Available to customers in Denmark.
	EPS Available to customers in Austria.
	Giropay Giropay was available to customers in Germany. It has been replaced by the similar Pay by Bank.
	iDEAL Available to customers in the Netherlands.
	Multibanco e-banking Available to customers in Portugal.
	Nexi Available to customers in Italy.
	Pay by Bank Pay with your online bank account in a safe way. Currently available to customers in Germany and Italy. Please note that Pay by Bank is currently NOT real time! It may take a few days before we receive the payment.
	Postepay Available to customers in Italy.
	Przelewy24 Available to customers in Poland.
	Sofort Banking Available to customers in Austria, Germany, Poland, Spain and Switzerland.
	Trustly Available to customers in Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
	WeChat Pay Available to customers in China.
